Welcome to VROPAA! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VROPAA Automation Platform (the “Service”) provided by VROPAA (“we,” “us,” or “our”) via https://vropaa.com/. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
VROPAA is an Automation Platform for AC Service Companies Built with Dedicated Architecture. The Service includes:
Premium Setup (Done-For-You): Including branding, official WhatsApp API integration, and complete automation setup.
Full Automation System (End-to-End): Automated booking, smart technician routing, reminders, follow-ups, review requests, and customer reactivation flows.
Support: Training + 30 Days of Support Until Stable, ensuring the system runs smoothly.
Pricing Structure: The Service requires a one-time Setup Fee and a recurring Monthly Subscription Fee, based on the chosen package (Starter, Pro, or Premium).
Non-Refundable Setup Fee: The Setup Fee covers the initial installation and configuration of the dedicated architecture and is non-refundable once the installation process begins.
Payment Terms: [Insert Payment Terms, e.g., Monthly fees are billed 30 days in advance and are due upon receipt.]
City Limitation: VROPAA implements a scarcity policy to maintain quality and avoid direct competition. We only accept 2 AC companies per city into our program.
Waitlist: If your city slot is full, you will be placed on the waiting list. This is a Real Scarcity policy.
VROPAA offers the following guarantees:
Stability Guarantee: If the system is not fully stable within 30 days of activation, we will fix everything for FREE until it is 100% stable.
Impact/Performance Guarantee: If within 60 days you do not see clear operational improvements (e.g., faster replies, cleaner technician schedules, better coordination), we will re-optimize all automation flows at no additional cost until the system performs to the expected standard.
Data Provision: The Client must provide all necessary data (customer data, technician details) for the Service setup.
API Compliance: The Client must comply with all terms and policies related to the use of the WhatsApp Business API.
Lawful Use: The Client agrees to use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
VROPAA IP: VROPAA retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the dedicated backend architecture, automation flows, software, and proprietary interfaces.
Client Data IP: The Client retains all ownership rights to their proprietary Customer Data.
By Client: Clients may terminate the monthly subscription with [Insert Notice Period, e.g., 30 days written notice]. The Setup Fee is non-refundable.
By VROPAA: We may terminate access if the Client breaches these Terms, including failure to pay subscription fees.
VROPAA’s total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of the Service shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by the Client to VROPAA in the six (6) months preceding the date the claim arose.
